Huw has many years of experience as a Chief of Staff in the British Army, and latterly with Special Forces. He has conducted many workplace assessments in HM Forces. Previously he was Senior Engineering Project Manager at an international construction company.
He is an HR Director, Mental Health First Aider, Welfare Officer, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.
Huw is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Association of Project Managers and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Christopher has a Project and Management Accountancy background. He has headed up a Foundation Team that has enriched the lives of Public Services Sector customers, including the Police and the Military contingent.
As Business Development and Marketing Director, he has been instrumental in changing the shape and focus of his organisation.
A Diversity Champion for the MoD, working on trend analysis he has innovatively explored new Community Engagement projects, bringing a breadth of vision and enhancing cultural change.
As a Senior Organisational Assessor, he has coached senior leaders to bring about change and introduce effective Action Plans. His innovation has enriched lives in the workplace, improving retention and recruitment.
