Employee Sentiment Analysis can determine how staff at all levels within an organisation feel about their working environment. Taking the time to assess culture and climate promotes a positive workplace that supports the company’s goals and vision. 

Our approach is to design a bespoke online Employee Diagnostic Evaluation for employees to capture information on a range of topics with key questions set by your leadership team. Following a period of evaluation, the returned data is analysed and shared with you, capturing an initial picture of staff perceptions and attitudes within your workplace. This valuable work is essential for setting the scene and giving you preliminary feedback before we move with you into Phase 2.

PHASE 1

We Conduct an Employee Diagnostic Evaluation to provide initial feedback

Some of the themes we look at include workforce attitudes, morale, motivation, and buy-in to company goals as well as employee perceptions of the importance of company practices.

An experienced team from Staff Pulse, led by one of the Directors will arrive at your organisation to run a series of face-to-face Staff Focus Groups, Drop-In Sessions and interviews with the Leadership Team. The planning of this customised event will be constructed with your guidance to ensure maximum facilitation.

 

We will stay for as long as necessary before the Onsite Debrief to the Leadership on emerging trends and themes.

During a site visit, we host face-to-face confidential staff focus groups for all levels of employees, culminating in an Onsite Debrief to the Leadership Team

The final assurance from the Staff Pulse team is to continue to work with you, offering support and guidance as required to identify key change recommendations and pathways forward with the option to implement another evaluation at a future time.
